Coaching is no longer for the elite only. More and more runners are finding the benefits of having a run coach support them in their journey as they navigate the balance of work, family, and other life demands while training

We have had the pleasure to work with all sorts of individuals with various goals from getting started running to running a PR. With 3 different run coaching programs, I am sure we can find something that is a good fit for you.

All run coaching clients start with an initial assessment to ensure we identify your lowest hanging fruit for progress and where your starting point is. This helps us develop a bridge between where you’re at and where you’re wanting to take your running. All below plans include a monthly check in call to discuss progress, plans, aches/pains, scheduling, and answer any questions you may have.

Run Smart

The Run Smart program is the all in one way to get to your next goal! Running, strength, and frequent communication with your run coach is all included.

What you get:

  • Weekly updated plan as appropriate

  • Strength training 1-3x/wk or as appropriate

  • Running 3-5x/wk or as appropriate

  • Drills to improve your skill as a runner

  • Unlimited contact with your coach via email, text, and comments on Final Surge App in addition to the monthly calls

Run fast

The Run Fast program is everything the Run Smart program is except that no strength work is included. It’s understood not everyone needs their strength work to be programmed by our coaches. That’s ok!

What you get:

  • Weekly updated plan as appropriate

  • Running 3-5x/wk or as appropriate

  • Drills to improve your skill as a runner

  • Unlimited contact with your coach via email, text, and comments on Final Surge App in addition to the monthly calls

Run strong

The Run Strong program is a strength training program tailored to the needs of a runner. Not everyone needs their running to be programmed by our coaches which could be for a multitude of reasons. This is understandable and why we have the Run Strong program.

What you get:

  • Weekly updated plan as appropriate

  • Strength training 1-3x/wk as appropriate in person

  • Drills to improve your skill as a runner

  • Unlimited contact with youur coach via email, text.

Through the above programs, our run coaches can help keep you healthy and running well. That is the best way to stay consistent, leading to the biggest gains over time.
